Global Mobility Leader

The Global Mobility Leader at Owens Corning oversees the company's global mobility program, working closely with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure efficient operations, cost management, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Proven subject matter expertise in managing mobility vendor partners and programs
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Extensive experience in vendor and Request for Proposal (RFP) management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 7 years of experience in a global business environment, focusing on global mobility program management, design, and stakeholder engagement
• A financial and/or tax background is preferred, given the program’s overall spend
• Expertise in U.S. and international tax, global immigration compliance, and relocation, with experience supporting global organizations
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry, market, and regulatory changes related to immigration, relocation, and mobility taxation
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders across complex organizations
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-changing environment
