Job Description
This manufacturing position requires operating machinery, inspecting products, assembling doors, and performing shop tasks. The role emphasizes quality control, adherence to safety procedures, and teamwork. Operators will work Monday-Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with shifts on site.
Requirements
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects and take corrective action.
- Assemble doors according to instructions and adhere to quality standards.
- Perform weekly EHS audits and participate in Safety Kaizen and Masonite Plant Kaizens.
- Follow production schedules and maintain downtime records.
