Logistics Supervisor

The Logistics Supervisor is a key operational leader responsible for end-to-end performance across the warehouse, gypsum process, and box building operations. This role drives safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution by leading people, optimizing processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or a related industrial environment
• Prior people leadership experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP preferred
• Familiarity with TPM or continuous improvement systems is a plus
