Operations Manager

The Operations Manager leads and develops the operations side of the organization at the Aiken, SC Plant. The role is responsible for optimizing the organization's output, ensuring safety, quality, and volumes meet targets. The Operations Manager is a key advocate for the EHS TPM Pillar Team and leads the AM TPM Pillar Team to drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety and housekeeping.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10-15 years' relevant experience in a production control environment
• At least half of the experience should have been spent in a people leadership role
• Manufacturing background is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree required, degree in Operations, business or engineering preferred
