Job Description
The Palletizer is responsible for building and packaging pallets of product according to production and shipping requirements, ensuring product quality, preventing damage, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Follow all plant safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Build pallets according to product specifications, customer requirements, and standard work instructions.
- Apply packaging materials to protect doors during handling and shipment.
- Label pallets accurately with product information, quantities, and shipping identifiers.
- Inspect doors for defects or damage prior to packaging and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Coordinate with production, material handlers, and shipping teams to meet daily palletizing and shipping schedules.
