Plant Manager

The Plant Leader position is accountable for implementing an inclusive culture, organizational strategies, standards, practices, leading business changes and the continuous growth and development of the Winchester, VA plant. The Plant Leader owns the financial performance of the site and is responsible for plant cost, leading from an outside-in perspective, understanding what is necessary for the customer to be successful and managing and overseeing all operations through the TPM Operating System - providing vision, strategy, and leadership to achieve and maintain the highest standards of Safety, Engagement, Cost, Productivity, Efficiency, Quality, Talent Development and Customer Service.
