The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the operation and personnel within a rotating shift environment, with a focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Lead operations and personnel within a rotating shift environment
- Drive workgroup to achieve zero injuries/safety incidents
- Maximize quality and quantity of product delivered to warehouse to satisfy customer needs
- Minimize controllable costs
