Job Description
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks, establishing and maintaining preventative/predictive maintenance programs, and leading a team of planners. The position requires a strong background in preventative and predictive maintenance techniques, ability to analyze and present data, and influence without authority.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong experience with vibration data collection/analysis and thermography
