Job Description
The Forming Handler Winder (FHW) is an hourly position reporting to the Operations Team Leader, responsible for safely operating a continuous forming process on the winder and pack out operations. The FHW ensures product meets quality standards and adheres to environmental regulations, performing daily safety, quality, TPM, and cleanliness audits. The role involves operating winder equipment, inspecting product, and maintaining equipment performance.
