This role will help develop solutions for complex end-to-end business processes and drive continuous improvement effort to streamline business processes.
Requirements
- Collaborates closely with the business to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Conduct thorough analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) modules to design and implement effective solutions
- Perform testing, provide training, and define support procedures and implementation processes.
- Resolve system issues and recommend and implement SAP best practices.
