Business Analyst SAP

As a Business Analyst - Order To Cash at Owens & Minor, you will help develop solutions for complex end-to-end business processes and drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong business analysis skill set and experience with SAP, particularly in the Order to Cash area.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
• Conduct thorough analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives
• Design and implement effective solutions for Order to Cash modules
• Perform testing, provide training, and define support procedures and implementation processes
• Resolve system issues and recommend and implement SAP best practices
• Drive small to medium sized projects with planning, development, and implementation of system solutions
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress
• Use ITIL methodology in performing all tasks
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
