Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to three executives with Owens & Minor, exercising discretion with respect to prioritization of agenda items, preparing highly sensitive executive materials, and acting independently as project manager for projects as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience supporting executive level management.
• Excellent verbal and written and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
