Job Description
As a Senior Service Desk Associate, you will provide first contact support to customers via various channels, prioritize incidents, and escalate issues as needed. You will also assist users with IT-related issues, document processes, and support organization functions.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in technology-related field (plus)
- Comptia A+, Comptia Network +, and ITIL certifications (plus)
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
