Job Description
Owens & Minor is a global healthcare solutions company seeking a Network Analyst to provide support for their network infrastructure, with a focus on routing and switching, OSPF, BGP, and Meraki Switches and Wireless.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Routing and Switching, knows routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP.
- Hands on experience on Meraki Switches and Wireless.
- SDWAN & Wireless knowledge would be an added advantage.
- JNCIA certified.
- Good troubleshooting skills on Juniper & Meraki Network devices.
- Experience in Tier-2 support, network troubleshooting, handling escalation, Root-cause analysis (RCA) and SLA's
- Ability to coordinate with internal clients to understand their network requirements.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM & SNOW (Service Now) ticketing tools.
