Job Description
Owens & Minor is a global healthcare solutions company seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate and manage multiple warehouse functions, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping. The successful candidate will have overall warehouse operations responsibility and supervise Distribution Supervisors.
Requirements
- Analyzes and resolves work problems
- Works with teammates to review bills of lading and customer orders
- Assigns teammates to specific duties
- Establishes work schedules and ensures effective job completion
- Screens and hires warehouse teammates
- Conducts performance reviews and recommends personnel actions
