Respiratory Therapist

As a Respiratory Therapist at Owens & Minor, you will assist in the treatment and management of patients with clinical needs, providing instruction on equipment use, performing clinical assessments, and preparing patient records. You will also be responsible for accurate data entry, consulting with referring physicians, and participating in ongoing education and training sessions. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program for respiratory therapy
• Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers)
• Current CPR Certification
• Ability to use electronic hand held device
• Microsoft Office programs
• Basic printing/faxing/scanning
