Requirements
- Collaborate closely with the business to understand business requirements.
- Perform planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions.
- Provide support for difficult and complex system environments.
- Provide support, assistance, and training to users.
- Drive small to medium sized projects with planning, development, and implementation of system solutions.
- Simultaneously coordinate activities for multiple projects and activities.
- Effectively use ITIL methodology in performing all tasks.
- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
- Conduct research on software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.
