Technical Recruiter (Contract)

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes for Technical positions at Ownwell. You will coach hiring managers and interviewers, source future team members, and build stage-appropriate hiring processes.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of recruiting experience
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruiting Tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience at a startup or in a hyper-growth environment preferred
