Technical Recruiter

Allen Control Systems (ACS) is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled technical professionals across defense, aerospace, and government contracting programs.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in recruiting, with at least some focus on defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting
• Start-up exposure
• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, and business operations
• Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GreenHouse)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
