Healthcare Data Architect - openEHR/FHIR

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare data architecture with a focus on openEHR and/or FHIR
• Governance knowledge: building frameworks for role distribution, modeling processes, maturity measurement, and architecture compliance
• Modeling expertise: openEHR (CDR), FHIR (ODR), integration, practical experience in implementing openEHR-based CDRs and FHIR-compliant interfaces
• Experience in lifecycle management of archetypes, templates, and FHIR profiles (versioning, impact analysis, quality assurance)
• Deep understanding of clinical and operational processes in healthcare institutions
• Proficiency in German and English (C1+); French is a plus
• Strong communication skills with clinical, technical, and management stakeholders
• Certifications (openEHR, FHIR, HL7) are an advantage
