Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g. Java, Spring Boot,.NET)
- Understanding of software architectures, including database design and REST interfaces
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience as a team lead and ability to motivate a team
- Fluent German and English (at least level C1), French is a plus
- Strong analytical and technical skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
