Back Office & Operations Coordinator responsible for executing financial and administrative processes in relation to relationship management, including monitoring quality of work, setting up schedules, and optimizing processes. Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience with a background in financial administration, accounting, or (non-profit) process management
- Assertive, strong communication skills, result-oriented, and structured
- Team player who takes responsibility
- Experience with accounting, data processing, and administrative processes
- Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, SAP, FileZilla (or similar systems) is a plus
- Good verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English
- In possession of a valid residence permit to live and work in the Netherlands
