As Marketing & Fundraising Manager, you will give direction to the implemented course and ensure consistent guidance on people, processes, and results. You will also monitor budgets and team objectives and guide the realization of these.
Requirements
- Completed WO or HBO degree in marketing, consumer behavior, or a comparable level of work and thinking
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably 3 years in a comparable management role or a role where you have been an informal leader or project leader
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing diverse, internal and external teams
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, proactive, and flexible work attitude
- Entrepreneurial and pragmatic approach, with visible involvement in the team and organization
- Affinity with the sector and in an activist, socially engaged organization and the ability to operate in a dynamic, international environment
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
