We are seeking a sales professional for our analysis device sales team in Tokyo. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales activities related to our products, such as atomic force microscopes, Raman imaging microscopes, and nanoindenters.
Requirements
- Conducting business development activities, including establishing key accounts and managing relationships with existing customers
- Managing sales and marketing activities for assigned territories
- Generating sales leads, conducting technical discussions and negotiations, and closing deals
- Providing customer support and resolving issues related to existing customers
- Inputting sales data into CRM systems or sales lead management tools
- Collaborating with other departments to promote our products and services
- Participating in domestic business trips to promote our products and services
- Working closely with our development and manufacturing teams in the UK (and in the US, Germany, and Switzerland for specific products) to manage delivery schedules and communicate in English
- Reading product specifications and other documents from our headquarters in English
- Holding seminars, trade shows, and other promotional events across Japan
