Scientist (Technical Operations)

Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking a Scientist (Technical Operations) to provide technical support and drive continuous improvements in the end-to-end manufacture of novel fluidic chips and electrochemical arrays. The role involves working closely with Production and Third Party suppliers to support and improve chip and flow cell manufacture.

Requirements

• Materials Scientist, Physicist, Surface Scientist, or similar
• Strong data skills and experience of structured problem solving
• Experience of microfluidic system design, manufacture, and analysis
• Familiarity with typical cleanroom processes
• Experience of material analysis on MEMS structures
• Good communication and presentation skills
