Technical Applications Scientist, French or Italian Speaker (6-Month FTC)

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join the Technical Services team, as a Technical Applications Scientist covering specific regions in Europe & UK. This role involves working within a cross-functional team to provide high-quality technical expertise and representation for ONT products.

Requirements

• A BSc degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field like Molecular Biology, Genetics, Life Sciences etc.
• An understanding of NGS, genetics, molecular biology, cell biology and related fields.
• Proficiency in a European language (French or Italian) to a C1 level is required.
• Technical competency to understand and clearly discuss fundamental theory and principles of experimental design, techniques and results.
• Excellent trouble-shooting and ability to manage different priorities.
