Head of RF Devices

At OQC, we’re building quantum computers that will power the next generation of scientific discovery and commercial innovation. We're seeking a Head of RF Devices to lead the development of RF systems underpinning our superconducting quantum processors.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in RF simulation and design
• Strong experience with finite element modelling tools such as Ansys or similar
• Experience working with or simulating superconducting quantum devices or related cryogenic RF systems
• Experience designing and laying out RF PCBs and passive RF components
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers and guide complex engineering programmes
• Ability to translate complex RF and scientific information across engineering and research teams
• Experience with Python or similar languages for modelling, analysis or automation
