Senior Nanofabrication Engineer

As a Senior Nanofabrication Engineer at OQC, you will play a critical role in developing and scaling the fabrication processes that power our quantum processors, driving process excellence from blank wafer through to final QPU delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience executing multi-step nanofabrication processes in cleanroom environments
• Experience leading teams, either formally as a manager or through the coordination of project teams to meet technical goals
• Strong hands-on expertise in electron-beam lithography, photolithography and Dry Etching
• Experience with thin film deposition and metrology, ideally for superconducting materials
• Ability to independently troubleshoot fabrication processes and drive continuous improvement
• Experience with wafer-scale processing and device fabrication workflows
• Solid foundation in experimental design, data collection, and analysis
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Physics, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
