Finance & Operations Director

We are seeking a strategic, commercially focused Finance & Operations Director to lead financial management, operations, governance, and compliance for OUP Türkiye.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit standards.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, working capital, and statutory reporting.
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working within multinational organizations and complex matrix structures.
• Fluency in both English and Turkish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
