Requirements
- Significant experience in content production within educational publishing, including complex artwork and text designs
- Strong track record managing outsourced production services (print & digital) with global vendors
- Expertise in XML-first, supplier-led multi-format production
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple products
- Excellent project-management and problem-solving skills, including risk management
- Strong supplier-management skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels
