Job Description
OXIO is seeking a Senior Logistics & Operations Program Manager to lead and scale logistics and operational execution in support of business growth, building strong client and vendor partnerships, designing and implementing scalable logistics processes, and driving operational efficiency across distribution, inventory, and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, inventory management, or related analytical roles
- 3+ years of experience leading projects or programs with cross-functional stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in Telecom, SaaS, hardware-enabled services, or regulated industries
- Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution
- Ability to prioritize effectively and align operational decisions with business objectives
- Spanish bilingual a plus
