System & Robotic Integration Engineer

Oxipital AI is seeking a System & Robotic Integration Engineer to join the Product Development team. The role involves developing and executing customer requirements, working cross-functionally with Software, Solutions, and Hardware teams, and collaborating with Commercial teams on custom advanced engineering solutions projects.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Controls Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role
• Ability to travel domestically up to 35%
• Experience using SOLIDWORKS ELECTRICAL Schematic
• Experience in IEC 61131-3 PLC Programming Languages
• Knowledge of controls cabinet design and component sourcing
• Prior experience with sensor integration and industrial networking
• Brownfield integration experience integrating with existing customer equipment and requirements
• Familiarity with EtherNet/IP, CIP Communications, and EDS File Creation & Editing
• Experience with HMI design using Inductive Automation Ignition Perspective
• Industrial robot programming experience
• Experience with functional safety systems for industrial controls
• Ability to debug electrical schematics and industrial control systems
• Hands on experience designing and fabricating parts for prototype builds
• Experience using lab tools for dimensional confirmation and mechanical, electrical, and thermal testing
