Job Description
We're Hiring: Product Manager to drive the product roadmap and lifecycle while partnering closely with business and technical teams on enhancements and future initiatives. As a Product Manager, you will lead product discovery, collaborate with UI/UX and industrial design teams, and own key aspects of Agile product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of overall working experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Product Management role
- Experience in Product Management within domains such as E-Commerce, Customer Support, or Merchant Support
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and use data, analytics, and user research to guide product decisions
- Good understanding of technology concepts such as APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capability
- Creative mindset with a clear product vision
