Requirements

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Managing the ongoing legal processes
• Keeping track of the ongoing procedures and procedural deadlines
• Reporting of the litigation progresses to the management
• Selecting and managing legal services providers and litigation-related expenses
• Managing debt collection processes
• Constantly reviewing and improving the company's legal processes
• Assisting and supporting colleagues with legal research, consultations, and analysis of legal regulation and case law
• Organising meetings, collecting and organising litigation-related documents, drafting reporting documents
