Community Support Specialist - part time

Delivers community support services to individuals impacted by behavioral health issues, utilizing trauma-informed and person-centered approaches. Manages multiple deadlines and caseload independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized person-centered plans
• Provide treatment interventions in adherence with individualized plans
• Communicate clinical information with supervisor and other staff
• Document client safety planning and hospitalization interventions
• Meet billing and productivity expectations
• Support coworkers and teammates in providing trauma-informed services
