Support Coach-Ozark Oaks (PRN)

The Support Coach is responsible for delivering support services to individuals impacted by behavioral health issues, teaching skills to facilitate independence, and demonstrating a warm and welcoming attitude. The Support Coach reports to the Adult Residential Administrator and works in a direct care environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and skills working with seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and develop an understanding of their special problems and needs
