HVAC Install Helper

As a HVAC Install Helper for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing maintenance and service tasks. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to build and present options that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship!

Requirements

• 1+ Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience
• Must have experience installing HVAC systems
• Knowledge of HVAC products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge
• Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
• Positive attitude
• Hard working
• Must be reliable
• Must have a valid WA State driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide own tools
• Must be able comfortable in small spaces (ex. crawl spaces and attics).
