Job Description
The Lead Man is responsible for leading day-to-day activities in all phases of the process to include safety efforts, quality control and maintenance functions in our fixed plant operations and traveling contract crushing group.
Requirements
- knowledge of concrete recycling or aggregates production and associated equipment and processes
- At least 2 years of aggregates experience is preferred
- Must be able to provide strong leadership and mentorship to employees
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations and quality control systems and processes
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
