Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with Sales Affinity to join our team in Hamburg. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning and steering performance campaigns, lead generation, conversion optimization, and sales support. You will work closely with the Sales Team and ensure clean tracking and presentable reporting.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable
- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably B2B or Tech focus
- Proven expertise in Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads; HubSpot knowledge is an advantage
- Safe handling of GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integration
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills
