Accounts Payable Specialist

P&S Transportation is a growing flatbed trucking operation with terminals nationwide, seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to maintain accurate data and process invoices, checks, and vendor payable information.

Requirements

• Process and enter 200-300 invoices per week on integrated accounting software
• Verify approval on all invoices and check requests
• Determine account coding for invoices
• Prepare and process checks for multiple companies
• Update and maintain vendor database
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Maintain account payable files
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
