Driver Recruiter

We are looking for a Driver Recruiter to serve as the initial point of contact for professional CDL-A drivers interested in joining our team. The role involves educating potential candidates about our company culture, equipment, routes, and career opportunities while guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements

• Passionate about engaging with people and fostering relationships
• Confident phone presence, comfortable with high call volumes including cold calls
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to acquire new skills
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in high-volume sales and meeting minimum quotas is a must
