P1 Construction is seeking a QA QC Electrical Senior Project Manager for our Advanced Technologies/Mission Critical construction group for a jobsite in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. This is a jobsite-based position supported by our Midwest corporate office in Lenexa, KS. Future work would be on jobsites primarily in the Midwest.
Requirements
- Direct Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager on large-scale construction projects, with direct responsibility for electrical construction activities.
- Candidates must have experience directly managing electrical infrastructure installations, including low-voltage (120Vā600V AC) and medium-voltage (>600V AC) cabling, conduit and raceway systems, cable tray, support structures and related load calculations, mediumāvoltage terminations, site grounding systems, and cable trench installations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Preferred either a Bachelor's degree related to construction/electrical engineering; or electrical trade experience/training/education.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills are of importance for the tasks associated with QAQC.
- Working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass any applicable jobsite security requirements.
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check. Must be able to meet P1 qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business.
- Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driverās license.
- Must have access to drive a well maintained vehicle. Must have up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles. Both the candidate and the vehicle must be currently covered on a personal insurance policy.
