Job Description
P3 Health Partners is a population health management group looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide expert care to patients and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote a collaborative approach in caring for patients.
Requirements
- NP License
- Outpatient Clinic experience
- Training or Interest in Geriatrics welcome but not required
- Current DEA license
- Oregon licensed or eligible to obtain OR license
