Job Description
P3 is a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties with more than 9,7 million m2 of assets under management and land bank of 2 million m2 for further development. We are looking for a Junior Investment Analyst to join our team of analysts in our HQs office in Prague (Czech Republic).
Requirements
- Analysis of investment opportunities in Excel
- Preparing investment memos and reports
- Collecting research data supporting the key underwriting assumptions
