Job Description
P3 is seeking a Senior Indirect Tax Professional to manage VAT-related matters with a strong Luxembourg and international focus. The role will involve finalizing and stabilizing the VAT module implementation, ensuring robust VAT compliance, and further strengthening VAT processes, policies, SOPs, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 5-7 + years of experience in indirect tax / VAT in an international environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Luxembourg VAT and EU VAT rules
- Proven experience managing high-volume VAT compliance and in-house VAT operations
- Experience with ERP systems, Yardi is a plus
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset
- Process-oriented, structured, and detail-focused
- Able to operate independently in a complex multi-entity environment
- Strong communication skills with non-tax stakeholders
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
