You will coordinate lengthy senior hires recruitment processes, manage candidate and hiring manager activities, and use excel and data to lead on Reporting and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Used an ATS and Excel comfortably in previous roles
- Experience in a fast-paced TA admin (or similar) role supporting high-volume recruitment processes
- Highly organised with high attention to detail
- An ability to quickly prioritise (and re-prioritise) workload when needed
- Clear communication and proactive solve problem mindset
- Experience using systems and data to improve processes
