We're looking for a Director of National Accounts based in Dallas or San Antonio, TX to help lead and grow our business within the convenience channel, building strong partnerships, driving growth, and helping our brands win with some of the country's largest convenience retailers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of National/Strategic Account experience or 5+ years in retail, CPG sales, promotional marketing, or e-commerce
- Experience in digital/e-commerce sales or beverage alcohol preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams and partners
- A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Interest in the beer industry (bonus if familiar with brewing, spirits, or the 3-tier system)
