As Human Resources Director, you will shape the culture and improve the employee experience at Kenworth Montréal, a division of PACCAR in Canada. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and optimize processes to create an inclusive and high-performance environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and CRHA/CRIA membership
- 7-8 years of relevant experience, including personnel management
- Fluency in French and English
- Inspiring and mobilizing leadership, strategic thinking, agility, and rigor
- Strong relational skills, empathy, discernment, and active listening
