International Compliance Manager (GR 32) manages and drives improvements for North American trade compliance for PACCAR Inc. and its Divisions. The successful candidate will manage a team of trade compliance professionals and service providers focused on minimizing or eliminating duty costs and trade risks and maximizing duty refunds.
Requirements
- Manage strategic risk assessment and audit functions to ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant countries.
- Follow and report on trade actions and provide strategic insights including impact analysis and forecasting.
- Manage the international compliance team, brokers, and service providers with responsibility for U.S., Canada and Mexico import and export compliance for North American divisions.
- Ensure business partners are meeting/exceeding established Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Manage part classifications and team to ensure parts are classified accurately and timely to avoid border crossing delays and entry errors.
- Support SAP GTS implementation, training, and maintenance
- Manage post entry activities including post entry corrections, protests, reconciliation, and prior disclosures.
- Manage the duty savings and refund programs and team, including USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements, Duty Drawback, CBSA Annex 9963, etc..
- Determine and implement other duty savings programs PACCAR is eligible for.
