Job Description
Join Pace as an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering functions in a high-pressure die casting operation, driving technical excellence and aligning engineering strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
- 8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably in high-pressure die casting or metal casting
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of die casting processes, tooling design, and secondary operations
- Experience with automation systems, robotics, and process control technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
